Tax Manager, Senior Manager, Bermuda, Big 4

Destination: Bermuda

KLW International Recruitment are currently seeking a Tax Senior Manager and Tax Manager to join Big 4 Bermuda Tax team. Successful candidates will be part of a highly demanding work environment with very tight reporting deadlines.

 

Role and responsibilities include:

•Prepare/review complex and specialised U.S. partnership and/ or corporate income tax returns, particularly in connection with investment and hedge fund partnerships and / or (re)insurance companies;

•Provide a diverse range of Advisory services including income tax planning and structuring advice for international U.S. entities;

•Establish and maintain effective client relationships, assist in business development activities; Conduct special projects and tax research; and

•Manage and develop staff.

 

Candidates must have the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

•CPA designation required;

•Masters degree in accounting or taxation preferred;

•Minimum of five (5) years tax experience dealing with U.S. tax issues Working knowledge of tax software and research tools such as CCH, RIA and Fastax are essential;

•Ability to work in a team environment;

•Able to meet tight deadlines; for investment and hedge fund partnerships and / or (re)insurance companies, preferably with a Big 4 firm;
