KLW International Recruitment is recruiting for a leading independent financial services provider in the Channel Islands who offers both offshore and onshore solutions to private clients, large corporates and institutions for a Tax Manager. He/she will report to Head of Tax in their newly established in-house tax department.  The role will be to support client handlers by reviewing tax correspondence and reports, ensuring that tax planning is properly implemented, warning of potential risks and problems and disseminating up to date tax information.  In addition, you will deal with appointing tax advisors and agents and ensuring that all tax reporting is completed in a timely manner.

 

The department will also be the first port of call for the management team and therefore assist with finance, human resources, risk, strategy and marketing as required and may be required to provide similar services on request to other companies within the Group business unit.

 

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have worked in the offshore tax environment for a number of years and will have a tax or equivalent qualification.  A good understanding of UK tax is essential. Contact the KLW team on enquires@klwrecruitment.com for more information.
