KLW International Recruitment are currently recruiting for Senior Audit Managers and Managers for one of the Big 4 in UK. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and take it to the next level. You will have direct contact with clients and gain valuable experience across industries and geographies, with a particular focus on complex and specialised issues as well as understand the clients industry and recognition of the key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments.

You will plan the engagement objectives to ensure compliance with professional standards and appropriately address risk, preparation and / or review of management letters, audit project proposals, budgets, fee / billing negotiations and recovery, and contract terms, develop the team by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team. You will also be expected to maintain relationships with other engagement teams and generate new business opportunities and develop long term relationships and networks both internally and externally.

The right individual will have a proven track record of outstanding performance and display a high level of people and business skills, be a qualified accountant with 6+ years relevant experience.
