Internal Audit Manager

Destination: Russia

One of Russia’s largest oil companies is seeking a qualified accountant, experienced in internal audit, to develop their internal audit department. The right individual will be required to develop and strengthen the team, by adopting international standards of best practice. Tasks include leading audits, managing the department, coaching existing staff and recruiting new staff, and the role will involve extensive travel throughout Russia. Key competencies include technical and financial knowledge of the oil industry, team leadership skills and preferably experience in Russia and knowledge of the Russian language.
