Big 4 firm currently possesses several opportunities in their transaction services/corporate finance team for newly qualified accountants. Language skills are not essential (although would be beneficial) but an enthusiasm to work abroad, along with an outgoing and ambitious personality, is prerequisite. In post, you will secure international client experience, gain Sarbanes Oxley, IAS and GAAP knowledge, and work on key mergers and acquisitions, takeover and buyouts. The client is seeking top calibre individuals, as these roles are seen as being stepping-stones to advancement in the firm.
