Compliance Manager, Global FS Organisation

Destination: Caribbean

Global financial services group are seeking to recruit an experienced compliance manager in their fund services function. Responsibilities will include managing the compliance process; reviewing various areas and making recommendations; monitoring and reporting on these implemented recommendations; providing practical and technical advice concerning compliance implications from new regulatory procedures or those of the group; and liaising with other departments and regulatory bodies. You must be qualified and have over 6 years’ experience in compliance which, latterly, will be at manager level. Financial services, regulatory, accounting, AML experience, trust and company management knowledge are sought and, ideally, the candidate will have experience in off shore locations.

The Caribbean is a fantastic location and this position offers a great deal, in terms of experience in financial services and the opportunity to develop and progress in the group. This roles requires a high level of responsibility and will require long hours at times. However the Caribbean has a fantastic lifestyle and offers a safe location for a family, lovely beaches, pubs and clubs and affords the opportunity to complete that PADI diving course (or snorkelling for the beginners), whilst soaking up the sun.
