KLW are currently recruiting in one of the most stunning locations in the Caribbean for an audit manager for one of the Big 4. The Bahamas office is looking for key employees who will bring real potential to be instrumental in the development of the practice and be recognised and rewarded for this. The right person would be reporting to the partner and the duties would include supervising audit teams and managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring that audit procedures conducted comply with IFRS and Global Firm Standards, liaising with clients and partners, involvement with staff training and evaluating on-the-job performance.
Their client portfolio is varied and but banking experience is in demand.
Successful candidates must be qualified accountants possessing a professional designation (ACCA, CA, or CPA) and should at least 7 years audit experience of which at least 3 should post qualification auditing experience in a major accounting firm.
